ISO 9001:2000 is an International Standard that specifies quality system requirements. Accredited companies demonstrate the "ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements, and to address customer satisfaction, improvement processes and the prevention of nonconformity".
Wordware's Quality Management System is approved under AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 for the design and writing of documentation in hard and soft media and for software development.
Wordware is also an Australian Government endorsed supplier. The Australian Government assesses an Endorsed Supplier for financial viability. A business with ES status is expected to comply with Corporations Law and "have sufficient reserves to honour reasonable Australian Government contract obligations and adhere to Australian Accounting Standards".
