Our approach to developing industrial-strength training programs is a cut-down version of RF Mager's Criterion Referenced Instruction methodology. This approach divides naturally into three phases:
• Designing the course curriculum and lesson plans• Developing the training materials
• Developing an Accreditation Plan.
Our consultants have extensive experience in developing cost-effective training materials over short timescales. This is especially so in cases where we are also developing the supporting documentation. Our training methodology offers three major benefits:
• Reduced learning and development time for development staff• Reduced briefing and review time for subject-matter experts
• Reduced volume of training materials, by integrating the supporting documentation into the courses.
Technologies
Where appropriate, we customise WorkScript, Wordware's interactive support toolkit, to deliver an industrial-strength online learning experience. This tool eliminates up to 80% of the face-to-face training activity.
